it is possible i can do it my self ive even tested it with a home bp reader. i can also alter my heart rate to go slower or faster with from a relaxed position. the way i look at it is we humans can do many things other animals cannot such as holding our breath. it would seem that animals over time as they become more complex and intellegent can cary out more automated functions conciously. what i believe is happening here is ive found a way to tap into the automated systems, find what im looking for, and once ive found it conciously affect it. i would love to take this to a lab to test this out with better equipment and personel but im not sure how to go about that part i think what we could learn from this could revolutionize many feilds of science.
