Enlightenment for the Rest of Us

On Buddhist Geeks Shinzen Young discusses a new way to deliver classical enlightenment to the masses using an artificial intelligence system with virtually led home meditation retreats.  This Home Practice Program is what is currently being offered at BasicMindfulness.org.
